What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead business requirement sessions and workshops to build Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform solutions
- Conduct end-to-end fit gap analysis and requirements gathering, ensuring functional and technical governance
- Draft user stories and acceptance criteria while mentoring CRM developers
- Collaborate with business teams and project managers to communicate scheduling, risks, and changes
- Participate in work product reviews to ensure compliance with technical design and quality plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of total experience with at least 4 years in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
- Proficiency in Canvas Apps, Portal Development, and Power Automate
- Experience with Azure DevOps Board and automated requirements management tools
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor junior resources and manage client relationships effectively
