What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional Agile frameworks beyond Scrum
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience in coaching or training teams in Agile practices
