      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases
      - Monitor and optimize database performance
      - Implement backup, recovery, and high-availability solutions
      - Manage user access and ensure data security
      - Support developers with T-SQL queries, indexing, and schema design

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA
      - Strong knowledge of T-SQL, performance tuning, and database security
      - Experience with SQL Server tools and monitoring
      - Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
      - Successful completion of a government security screening and/or a Secret Clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CompTIA Security+ certification
      - Experience with Azure SQL or cloud-based databases
      - PowerShell scripting and automation skills
      - Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Database Administrator Associate)
