      We are seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineering IPT Coordinator to support a Navy acquisition program executive office. This position focuses on the planning, coordination, and execution of Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, with emphasis on Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and experience managing multi-stakeholder IPTs in a defense acquisition environment. An engineering degree is not required, but a solid understanding of systems engineering principles and familiarity with SETR milestones is essential.

      Established in 2002, The Marlin Alliance is seeking to hire highly skilled individuals to support mission critical projects within the Navy. We are looking for motivated individuals to lead and support digital transformation, data science and analytics, and automation projects for variety of Navy clients. Individuals must be able to function in a fast-paced work environment and able to adapt quickly to rapidly changing requirements and technologies. Using your comprehensive knowledge of various technologies, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to support Navy mission owners in their digital transformation journey.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead and coordinate activities across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), ensuring alignment with program goals and technical baselines.

      • Plan and facilitate technical meetings, working groups, and Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), including the System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), and System Verification Review (SVR).

      • Maintain and track IPT action items, schedules, and deliverables.

      • Coordinate inputs and documentation from engineering, logistics, test, cybersecurity, and other disciplines in support of SETR planning.

      • Support the development and maintenance of technical review packages and configuration-controlled documentation.

      • Ensure that IPT members are aligned on key technical issues, risks, and programmatic impacts.

      • Work closely with government leads to prepare briefings, decision documents, and stakeholder updates.

      • Track and report progress toward SETR-related milestones and action closure.

      • Serve as a liaison between technical teams, program managers, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution.

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (technical field not required).

      • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting Navy acquisition programs, with a focus on systems engineering and technical review processes.

      • Hands-on experience coordinating or supporting SETR events within the DoD acquisition lifecycle.

      • Familiarity with IPT operations and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

      • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.

      • Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

      Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

      • Working knowledge of the DoD 5000 series acquisition process and Navy systems engineering policies.

      • Experience preparing technical review artifacts and supporting documentation.

      • Ability to manage competing priorities and track complex program schedules and deliverables.

      • Comfortable working across engineering, test, cybersecurity, and logistics communities.

      • Experience with collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Suite.

      • Ability to lead structured meetings and follow through on task assignments and stakeholder coordination.
