      About the Role
      As a Mid-Market Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing, protecting, and growing revenue. You will upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts and engage with new prospective clients. You will deliver a high daily frequency of customer interactions using virtual methods to generate demand.

      ***This is a hybrid role and team members may be required to be in an office location twice per month. ***

      Responsibilities

      • Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals

      • Identifying revenue growth opportunities within an assigned territory and implementing Strategic plans to achieve growth

      • Developing solid relationships with key decision makers to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives

      • Maintaining high volume and high quality customer engagement through phone, email, social media and onsite visits

      • Owning the overall health and status of the relationship and the negotiations of contracts

      • Strategizing effectively with CSM, Marketing and BDM partners to align objectives


      Requirements

      • Have the ability to articulate competitor differentiation and our value proposition

      • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Research Solution suite of products

      • Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams

      • Have solid verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to an executive-level audience

      • Display proven success in new business prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skills

      • Be an enthusiastic self-starter

      Base Salary: $72,000

      Commissions: $39,000
