Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals
Identifying revenue growth opportunities within an assigned territory and implementing Strategic plans to achieve growth
Developing solid relationships with key decision makers to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Maintaining high volume and high quality customer engagement through phone, email, social media and onsite visits
Owning the overall health and status of the relationship and the negotiations of contracts
Strategizing effectively with CSM, Marketing and BDM partners to align objectives
Have the ability to articulate competitor differentiation and our value proposition
Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Research Solution suite of products
Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
Have solid verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to an executive-level audience
Display proven success in new business prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skills
Be an enthusiastic self-starter

About the Role
As a Mid-Market Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing, protecting, and growing revenue. You will upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts and engage with new prospective clients. You will deliver a high daily frequency of customer interactions using virtual methods to generate demand.***This is a hybrid role and team members may be required to be in an office location twice per month. ***
