      About the Team/Role

      We are seeking a Software Delivery Engineer to support our Product Operating Model (POM) methodology and ensure high-quality product releases that align with business objectives and customer needs. This role is critical to integrating delivery and testing best practices into our cross-functional product teams.

      How you'll make an impact

      • Develop, implement, and maintain delivery and test processes aligned with the Product Operating Model methodology including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

      • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define clear quality criteria for product releases.

      • Establish and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance regression and continuous integration testing.

      • Ensure end-to-end testing coverage across various platforms, including exploratory, integration, accessibility, and user acceptance testing.

      • Work closely with DevOps teams to align delivery processes with CI/CD pipelines.

      • Implement RESTful APIs and microservice testing to support the application

      • Monitor and improve test execution efficiency and defect tracking through JIRA and GitHub integrations.

      • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing test results, identifying gaps, and recommending process enhancements.

      • Provide insights on risk mitigation strategies and quality gates for product development lifecycles.

      • Communicate effectively within team scrum ceremonies, ability to document delivery best practices.

      • Role Experience: SDET, Automation Framework Engineer
