What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the development of actionable strategic plans by gathering and analyzing data and trends
- Perform financial analysis to support monthly reporting on business performance
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Lead research efforts on regional market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Communicate analytical insights through clear presentations to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the insurance industry and data/analytics roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and basic analysis
- Familiarity with SQL concepts and interest in developing query-writing skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
