What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the development of actionable plans aligned with strategic direction from leadership
- Analyze financial data to support monthly reporting on topline and bottom-line performance
- Provide analytical support to the industry team across general and specialized segments
- Lead research efforts on regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and portfolio risks
- Communicate complex analytical insights clearly and effectively to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred
- 4+ years of professional work experience in the insurance industry and data/analytics roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and basic analysis
- Familiarity with SQL concepts and willingness to develop query-writing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear presentations
