What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the development of actionable plans aligned with strategic direction from leadership
- Analyze financial data to support monthly reporting on performance metrics
- Provide analytical support to industry teams through research and competitive analysis
- Lead research efforts on regional market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Assist strategy leadership in executing annual priorities to improve portfolio performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the insurance industry and data/analytics roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and basic analysis
- Familiarity with SQL concepts and willingness to develop query-writing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create presentations in PowerPoint
