What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive strategic planning support by developing actionable plans and collaborating with leadership
- Perform financial analysis to support reporting on topline and bottom-line performance
- Provide analytical support for industry strategy development through structured research and trend analysis
- Analyze geographic market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and portfolio risks
- Communicate analytical insights effectively through presentations and reports to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred
- 4+ years of professional work experience in the insurance industry and data/analytics roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
- Familiarity with SQL concepts and a willingness to develop query-writing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations in PowerPoint
