What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the development of actionable strategic plans and analyze data to support long-term business objectives
- Perform financial analysis to support monthly reporting on performance metrics
- Conduct industry research and prepare summaries to inform strategic decisions
- Lead research efforts on regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Assist in executing strategic initiatives and tracking progress across teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred
- 4+ years of professional experience in the insurance industry and data/analytics roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and basic analysis
- Familiarity with SQL concepts and willingness to develop query-writing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations
