What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support strategic planning efforts by gathering data and preparing materials that align with business objectives
- Contribute to financial analysis by compiling and reviewing financial data for monthly performance reporting
- Assist with industry research by collecting and organizing data to support strategic discussions
- Participate in market insights development by researching geographic market dynamics and creating reports
- Help track progress on key strategic initiatives by maintaining documentation and coordinating with team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional work experience in insurance, strategy, or data analytics
- Basic analytical skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Introductory exposure to SQL or similar data tools
- Strong written communication skills and ability to create structured presentations using PowerPoint

- Experience in underwriting Middle Market accounts
- Curiosity and willingness to build query-writing skills in SQL
- Basic understanding of corporate finance concepts
