      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the implementation of the Connections Academy curriculum and school operational protocols
      - Ensure a high level of professionalism and instructional support from teaching staff
      - Maintain communication with parents to address individual student needs and academic success
      - Oversee student discipline and administer the Student Code of Conduct
      - Assist in student recruitment efforts and participation in school events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, including 3-5 years in education
      - Iowa license required for PK-12 Principal or PK-12 Special Education Director
      - Previous school administrative and/or special education leadership experience
      - Master's or advanced degree in school administration
      - Proficient in using personal electronic devices and email for two-step authentication

      - Experience in fast-paced environments and online/blended learning settings
      - Technological proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office products
      - Strong human relations and communication skills, including presentation abilities
      - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere
