      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Modify and adapt the curriculum to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities
      - Write and maintain compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
      - Collaborate with general education teachers to achieve student goals
      - Educate parents on instructional strategies and support student learning
      - Coordinate and facilitate IEP meetings and proctor required testing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - State of Ohio Intervention Specialist License
      - Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to pass a required background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of classroom experience in Special Education
      - Master’s Degree with an emphasis in Special Education
      - 3 or more years of classroom experience in Special Education
