      We are looking for a motivated and experienced System Administrator who would like to join our reliable and innovative team.


      Responsibilities:

      • Prioritize and resolve incoming HelpDesk tickets efficiently.
      • Provide technical assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and company systems.
      • Install, configure, and maintain macOS and Windows operating systems across user workstations and servers.
      • Ensure systems are up to date with patches, security updates, and software versions.
      • Manage system performance, storage, and backups to ensure reliability and optimal operation.
      • Implement and maintain security policies, including antivirus, firewalls, and access controls.
      • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts, roles, and permissions in line with company policies.
      • Manage access to shared drives, applications, reports, dashboards, and internal projects.
      • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
      • Set up, configure, and maintain identity management systems (e.g., Azure AD, Google Workspace).
      • Implement and manage MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune) for device enrollment, compliance, and remote management.
      • Contribute to process automation and optimization to enhance IT efficiency and user satisfaction.
      • Support implementation of IT security frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).


      Requirements:
      Must have

      • 3+ years of professional experience in the relevant position
      • Upper-Intermediate English level
      • Troubleshooting skills and administration experience with Windows and macOS based operating systems.
      • Solid experience with Atlassian Cloud stack (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk)
      • Hands-on experience with MDM software systems (Jamf Pro, Intune etc)
      • Experience managing and administrating Azure AD, Gsuite Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.
      • Implementing, managing and supporting SSO and SCIM integrations.
      • Good understanding of networking principles NAT, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc.


      Nice to have

      • Practical experience with Firewall, VPN (IPSec/OpenVPN/Wireguard) based on Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, AWS
      • Familiarity with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure)
      • DataDog or similar
