What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Level 1 incident management for mission-critical applications, triaging support issues and resolving them before escalation
- Act as a liaison between EDI/B2B customers and integration services
- Maintain and manage the knowledge base documentation strategy
- Offer advanced problem-solving and on-call technical support
- Conduct system and operational maintenance of integration landscapes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S./B.A. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or 9 years of direct experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
- Proven ability to escalate issues appropriately and engage vendor support when necessary
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Incident and Change management, or equivalent
- Familiarity with Cleo VLTrader MFT, Informatica ETL, and Oracle Service Bus applications or equivalents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of UNIX scripting language and SQL development, preferably Oracle SQL
- Understanding of transport protocols, including SSHFTP, SFTP, and HTTP/S
- Basic understanding of XML and web service/API integrations
- Knowledge of encryption and security aspects of file exchange
- Understanding of EDI collaboration and related supply chain and financial transaction sets
