      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with art team members to create beautiful and cohesive level environments
      - Improve process and pipeline in collaboration with leads
      - Drive collaboration with design and engineering throughout environment development
      - Mentor best practices with fellow artists
      - Create architectural 3D assets and textures
      - Contribute to level design
      - Use Maya/Max and Substance Painter for asset creation
      - Understand and follow pipeline for creating in-game world environments
      - Apply art fundamentals and design principles
      - Communicate effectively and lead small teams
      - Adapt to working within a proprietary engine
      - Exhibit a passion for games, specifically MMOs
      - Utilize 2+ years of experience in creating environment assets and/or content

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge and strong skills in creating architectural 3D assets and texturing
      - Interest in level design
      - Advanced knowledge and experience using Maya/Max and Substance Painter
      - Understanding of pipeline for creating in-game world environments
      - Strong understanding of art fundamentals and design principles
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Willingness to learn and adapt to a proprietary engine
      - Passion for games, specifically MMOs
      - 2+ years of experience creating environment assets and/or content

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hard surface, building, and structure modeling skills
      - Interest in procedural environments
      - Experience with Speedtree
      - Embraces learning and refining one's craft
