What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales goals to meet aggressive growth targets
- Acquire new accounts through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Qualify opportunities and help develop proposal solutions for clients
- Work with the engineering team to ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions
- Participate in scheduled sales team meetings and industry events as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of public safety considerations; law enforcement experience is a plus
- Prior experience with affordable or low-income housing properties
- Excellent communication and professional presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and time management abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus

- Experience in sales or management within the electronic security or affordable housing sectors
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships
