What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process military and veterans educational assistance programs
- Maintain targeted Service Level Performance Goals
- Advise and counsel military and veteran students on educational benefits
- Certify all chapters of VA benefits and report progress of students
- Maintain compliance with VA & DoD education policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Minimum two years of experience in customer facing functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong attention to detail
