What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process military education benefits for compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies
- Review course information to validate enrollment and billing to the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Communicate with representatives of the Department of Veterans Affairs to ensure accuracy
- Reconcile military payments to student accounts and maintain record integrity
- Assist the Military Education Benefit Processing team with projects and reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of experience in military benefit certifications or related fields
- 1+ years of experience with Banner
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of VA Education Benefits and Federal Military Tuition Assistance
- Employment dependent upon successful access to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial aid, registrar, or bursar functions
- Familiarity with military student services and invoicing processes
