      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Screen potential milk donors and provide them with information about the donation process
      - Maintain communication with active donors, including weekly check-ins and follow-up on necessary paperwork and lab results
      - Offer bereavement counseling to mothers who have experienced loss
      - Provide guidance on safe milk expression and storage, including supplying necessary collection materials
      - Assist with the management of retail space operations and inventory for donor supplies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Science, medicine, or a related field; or equivalent college education combined with a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of healthcare experience
      - Certification as a Lactation Counselor within 12 months of hire
      - Ability to maintain professional and confidential communication with donors and stakeholders
      - Experience in record-keeping and compliance with health regulations
      - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in donor management or lactation support
      - Familiarity with HMBANA requirements and documentation standards
      - Additional certifications related to lactation or maternal health
      - Experience in providing counseling or support services
      - Knowledge of milk processing techniques and food safety standards
