      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform circulation duties, including checking in and out materials
      - Shelve and organize music materials to maintain library order
      - Label materials and assist in sewing scores and parts into binders
      - Provide assistance to library patrons and support their needs
      - Ensure the library is well-maintained and materials are accessible

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Attention to detail is essential
      - Music experience and/or ability to read music preferred, but not required
      - Ability to work during the scheduled hours of the Music Library
      - Willingness to lift up to 25 pounds and use a step stool or ladder if needed
      - Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working in a library or similar setting
      - Familiarity with music materials and library circulation systems
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
      - Enthusiasm for music and supporting library services
      - Interest in contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives
