  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Receive training and perform duties in areas such as yard operations, production, dispatch, and inside sales
  - Accompany Outside Sales Representatives or Sales Manager on customer calls to learn effective sales techniques
  - Handle inside sales responsibilities, including answering phones and processing orders
  - Perform various Outside Sales tasks, including taking orders and making sales calls to customers
  - Set individual performance goals and track progress with management and trainers
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  - 0-2 years of related industry operations or sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  - Strong customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  - Good mathematical aptitude
  - Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous selling experience is helpful
  - Solid interpersonal skills, including tact and influencing abilities
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems
