- Grow sovereign and ISR mission sales in your territory.
- Build enduring, trust-based relationships with government customers.
- Expand and convert the regional opportunity pipeline.
- Drive joint opportunities with ICEYE’s Data Line of Business.
- Champion ICEYE’s defence ISR positioning and localization strategy.
- 5+ years of sales experience within the Aerospace, Defense or Space industry
- 5+ years of International sales export experience
- 5+ years experience with earth observation, preferably SAR
- Existing network to all levels of Government and Government Organisations in your market.
- Experience in executing complex strategic sales thinking and the application of professional sales processes.
- Ability to speak the local language
- Willing to travel as required, primarily in the region and to Finland
- Previous military experience
- Produced capture plans and deliver upon win strategies
- A focus on customer success and a proven track record of closing sales based on value
- A strong desire to prove themselves with a hunger to excel in the industry
- Strong fundamental sales skills
- Experience in conducting lead qualification, development of opportunities, conducting gate reviews with management, leading multi-department team, bid-no bid reviews, understanding competitive analysis
- Charismatic and exceptional communication abilities
- Experience of using SalesForce or other CRM
- Sales training in Miller Heiman, Korn Ferry, Shipley or similar
- Intellectual Firepower: Rapidly comprehends, structures and synthesizes complex information, draws accurate conclusions, and communicates them with clarity.

The Mission of the Missions Sales Director:
Lead sovereign satellite and ISR mission sales to governments across your defined territory — driving growth, trust, and long-term partnerships that advance ICEYE’s position as the defence-focused space ISR leader.
You will represent ICEYE’s Missions Line of Business as the primary partner for governments seeking sovereign or federated space capabilities. By combining deep customer relationships with strategic sales execution, you will expand ICEYE’s footprint, achieve revenue growth, and accelerate national ISR adoption — contributing directly to ICEYE’s goal of becoming the global provider of turnkey ISR infrastructure to allied nations by 2030.
