      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify individual member needs and document interventions based on relationships and assessments
      - Provide support to members through various settings and assist with support groups as needed
      - Contribute to case management meetings to ensure a collaborative approach for each member
      - Complete documentation for member contacts, cancellations, and care plans in accordance with organizational policies
      - Communicate professionally with members, families, physicians, and community agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a certified Peer Recovery Specialist or Peer Support Specialist
      - Successful participation in a recovery program
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to maintain excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a role supporting individuals with substance use disorders
      - Familiarity with case management and documentation practices in behavioral health
      - Knowledge of community resources relevant to substance use recovery
      - Skills in conflict resolution and team collaboration
      - Previous experience in outreach or community engagement efforts
