- Lenkung und Durchführung der geplanten Überwachungen
- Erstellung und Durchführung von PVS Checklisten
- Fachliche Führung der Fertigungsprüfer
- Vorschriften Verwaltung und Revisionsdienst
- Qualifizierung von Fertigungsanlagen
- Durchführung der Prozessqualifizierung in der Fertigung
- Anwendung der Qualitätsregeln prüfen und Qualitätsunterstützung gewährleisten
- Concession: Bearbeitung Q Task
- Bearbeitung von NC's und PPS
- Durchführung von FMEA und Improvements Maßnahmen
- Bearbeitung von Kundenbeanstandungen inkl. Störmeldeverfahren wie QSR, Event und NoE
- Analyse und Verbesserung im Bereich Wärmebehandlung Aluminium nach AMS 2750 inkl. Temperaturmesstechnik
- Durchführung des Q- Reportings
- Mindestens dreijährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung sowie Techniker oder auf anderem Weg erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation
- langjährige Berufserfahrung im Flugzeugbau oder Qualitätsmanagement
- Teamfähigkeit, hohe Flexibilität, selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- gute Kenntnisse in SAP, PRIMES, Airina, MS-Office sowie G-Suite (Google)
