What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and prioritize high-impact research opportunities aligned with business goals and user needs
- Conduct foundational and tactical research, including in-depth interviews and usability testing
- Design and execute end-to-end research studies to explore user behaviors and pain points
- Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and collaborate with teams to integrate insights
- Advocate for user-centered thinking and contribute to shaping the research culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in user/UX research within consumer products or product development
- Proficient in conducting in-depth interviews, concept testing, and usability testing
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R, STATA, or SPSS
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
- Must have an online research portfolio or PDF showcasing your process and contributions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with behavioral segmentation or persona development
- Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
- UX/UI design experience
