What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, utilizing digital tools to demonstrate product value
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction
- Complete training on products, processes, and store operations to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Build rapport with customers, manage follow-ups, and capture referrals to drive sales
- Collaborate with leadership and teams to support account setup and customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Passionate advocate for customer satisfaction, balancing customer experience with performance goals
- Willingness to work collaboratively with peers and store leaders
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
