What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage procurement and ordering of mobile devices for clinical use
- Assist with service desk operations and phone order processes
- Coordinate with FirstNet and AT&T for device staging and kitting
- Fill out and submit necessary forms to carriers
- Provide support and clear communication to clinical caregivers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or logistics
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and patiently
- Ability to manage interactions with frustrated or flustered individuals
- Must be available for full-time in-office work initially for training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with mobile device procurement or logistics in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with FirstNet or AT&T processes
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
