      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain customer relationships through a consultative approach
      - Identify customer needs and manage delivery dates based on workflow and schedules
      - Create and manage work orders in the CMMS, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of instrument databases
      - Advise customers on repair and calibration statuses and coordinate pickups and insitu calibrations
      - Assist in onboarding and training permanent Customer Service Coordinators at new CBL sites

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Experience in an FDA-regulated, GxP environment preferred
      - Expert knowledge in IBM AS400/APLUS and CMMS platforms related to CSC responsibilities
      - Effective and positive communication skills with the ability to document customer interactions
      - Ability to travel via commercial airline to various job sites, including national and international travel

      - Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles in a technical or engineering field
      - Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in calibration services
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
      - Ability to contribute to team goals and enhance the overall customer experience
      - Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple CMMS platforms as required
