What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead ongoing facility activities and oversee vendor management to ensure operational integrity
- Establish and maintain a safety-first culture through training and best practices
- Manage and coordinate the efforts of the property team, including vendors and contractors
- Generate and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP)
- Utilize data to develop trends and insights for continuous improvement in site performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or skilled trades
- Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
- Experience with CMMS/work order platforms
- Familiarity with HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical processes and troubleshooting
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
