  Job Title: Mobile Frontend Developer
  Location(s): Harrisburg, PA

  Role Summary
  This position is a Frontend Engineer (Mobile & Web) responsible for designing and building mobile applications and frontend web UIs that support knowledge management, tenant management, and portal tools. The role emphasizes React + TypeScript, collaboration with distributed global teams, and contribution to CI/CD and deployment automation. It is a remote, EST-hours contract-to-hire role with multiple openings.
  
  Core Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mobile applications and frontend web UIs.
  • Build and enhance Portals and frontend tools for:
    • Knowledge management.
    • Tenant management.
  • Collaborate closely with:
    • Product Managers.
    • Designers.
    • Frontend and Backend Developers.
  • Participate in:
    • Code reviews.
    • Technical discussions.
    • Architectural planning.
  • Contribute to:
    • CI/CD pipelines.
    • Deployment automation.
  Mandatory Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
  • 4+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • TypeScript
    • React (including mobile development, e.g., React Native or mobile-focused React stacks).
  • Proven ability to:
    • Work independently.
    • Collaborate in agile, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  Preferred / Value-Add Skills (Nice-to-Have)
  • Working knowledge of backend technologies such as:
    • Node.js
    • Java
    • .NET
  • Understanding of:
    • Full-stack application flows
    • API integration
    • Modern frontend architecture
  • Experience contributing to:
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • Automated deployments
  Work hours:
  • Must work EST time zone hours.
  Team overlap:
  • Required with Central Europe and India teams (early EST hours).
