What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Repair equipment using appropriate tools to meet company standards
- Perform work efficiently and in a timely manner
- Diagnose operating errors and determine solutions
- Maintain inventory of repair parts and track usage
- Assist in additional areas as needed, following supervisor directives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and automotive/trailer mechanics
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in vehicle repair or maintenance
- Knowledge of U-Haul equipment and standards
- Experience with customer service in a repair setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
