      Responsibilities:

      • Maintain, extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness

      • Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, gain trust and respect for Microsoft Premier. Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills

      • Fluent English oral and written communication

      Technical Skills:

      • Designing and Implementing Services of MS Exchange server ( 2013, 2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting and Logging

      • Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management.

      • Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.

      • Experience with Microsoft Teams and M365 cloud solutions will be a plus

      Nice to have:

      • TEAM/Skype for Business Server

      • Active Directory-Exchange integration skills

      • Networking

      • PowerShell scripting skills

      • Exchange Hybrid experience

      We are seeking for individuals who hold a valid SC for the Netherlands and are open to traveling both within the country and within EMEA 50-75% of the time.
