Maintain, extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness
Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, gain trust and respect for Microsoft Premier. Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills
Fluent English oral and written communication
Designing and Implementing Services of MS Exchange server ( 2013, 2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting and Logging
Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management.
Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.
Experience with Microsoft Teams and M365 cloud solutions will be a plus
TEAM/Skype for Business Server
Active Directory-Exchange integration skills
Networking
PowerShell scripting skills
Exchange Hybrid experience
