      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide constant, real-time video monitoring for patients requiring continuous observation
      - Recognize and report patient discomfort and at-risk behaviors promptly
      - Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient needs and risks
      - Maintain accurate department logs and records while performing clerical duties
      - Ensure patient privacy is upheld and manage interventions accordingly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 16 years of age
      - High School Diploma or GED preferred
      - Previous healthcare experience, including remote cardiac or fall monitoring experience
      - Completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three (3) months of hire
      - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

      - Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in patient monitoring roles
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
