- Serve as a liaison between contact centers and program areas, assisting with operational needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess the minimum qualifications for the Staff Services Analyst classification
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong data analysis and report creation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available
