What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the contracting process for renewals and new business
- Manage client service inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with events, campaigns, and content creation for marketing
- Lead cold calling campaigns to generate leads and pitch products
- Qualify leads and direct them to the appropriate sales professional
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduating with an undergraduate/first-level degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a relevant area
- Anticipated graduation date of June 2024
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Preferably some relevant experience or projects
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships
- Strong organizational skills and drive to exceed goals
