What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound and outbound leads provided by the employer, focusing on existing portfolio clients
- Complete mortgage applications for qualified clients and set clear expectations from the start
- Qualify clients for new mortgage loans using automated underwriting systems
- Deliver mortgage options to clients in a single call to encourage them to choose the employer as their preferred lender
- Adhere to all regulatory mortgage compliance guidelines and ensure a high level of customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree, High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent military experience
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Ability to obtain required industry licensing and complete ongoing education (company-sponsored)
- Customer service-oriented with a professional communication style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Experience in sales or customer service within the mortgage industry
