      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in closing transactions to ensure a seamless closing experience
      - Review and validate closing-related documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
      - Prepare and issue Closing Disclosures (CD) and final closing documents in a timely manner
      - Report system and closing document issues to management and assist with testing system updates
      - Support the onboarding and training of new employees while aiding in the expansion of departmental instructional materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree plus a minimum of 2 years' prior mortgage experience, or a combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience including 2 years' prior mortgage experience
      - Strong PC skills with knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and email software
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to work in a team environment and independently within time constraints

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior mortgage experience in mortgage closing at a lender, title company, or settlement agent's office
      - Solid knowledge of department software
      - Notary Public certification
