What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and HelpDesk Ticketing Software
- Monitor and interpret loans using ComplianceAnalyzer
- Conduct research to provide accurate responses to inquiries
- Review disclosures for accuracy and compliance with TRID and other regulatory requirements
- Monitor the delivery of all valuations to borrowers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the mortgage industry in processing, closing, origination, or compliance-related roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information
- Ability to analyze complex information and set priorities with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of progressively responsible related work experience; additional qualifying work experience may substitute for degree requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Loansoft or Empower software
- Working knowledge of state and federal mortgage and banking regulations
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a high-stress environment
