What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in preparation for agency, investor, and state exams, along with CFPB origination requirements
- Maintain policies and procedures to support the Compliance Program and perform custodial duties
- Conduct assessments and targeted reviews to identify gaps and track remediation plans
- Research regulatory developments and changes relevant to compliance across all business lines
- Provide periodic testing reports to Compliance Management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of general mortgage industry or business compliance experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; PowerPoint preferred
- Ability to function independently and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Encompass software
- Experience with Mattamy Home Funding or completion of its training program
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
