      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and job aids
      - Prepare and send company-wide communications to ensure all staff are informed
      - Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to maintain up-to-date documentation
      - Conduct routine system testing and assist in drafting processes for new system implementations
      - Design and develop high-quality training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Experience with various mortgage loan types (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, bond, etc.)
      - Strong understanding of the mortgage lending function
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
      - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with imaging tools (e.g., SnagIt)
      - Familiarity with Encompass LOS
      - Advanced project management skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
