What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule customer application appointments for Mortgage Loan Originators
- Obtain closing agent approvals and manage changes
- Create, manage, and distribute all management reports
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with problem resolution
- Prepare files for submission to the Operations department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of administrative or mortgage experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to track time and work overtime as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Coordinator at the employer
