      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Audit assigned mortgage files for compliance with HMDA/HOPEA regulations, TRID guidelines, and QM testing
      - Ensure all required documents are present and executed by all parties involved
      - Review escrow cushions, homeowners insurance, and verify mortgage insurance requirements
      - Make necessary corrections and follow up on errors found during post-closing audits
      - Reconcile closing conditions and disclosures, amending as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of current experience in mortgage post-closing, closing, or investor sales
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
      - Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
      - Detail-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced mortgage environment
      - Familiarity with various mortgage products such as HELOANS, HELOCs, and JUMBO loans
      - Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
