What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interview new and existing customers to assess their loan needs and recommend appropriate products, terms, and pricing
- Generate complete mortgage applications while adhering to company procedures and sales goals
- Manage and develop relationships with real estate brokers, developers, CPAs, and other referral sources
- Recruit and lead a sales team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and pricing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of residential mortgage sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of mortgage management experience
- Proven record of recruiting success
- $10MM in annual closed loan volume
- Working knowledge of FNMA-DU/FHLMC/LP and a referral network
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent sales presentation and marketing skills
- Strong written, organizational, and communication skills
