      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interview new and existing customers to determine loan needs and advise on appropriate products and pricing
      - Generate complete mortgage applications while adhering to company procedures and meeting sales goals
      - Manage sales team to build relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and other referral sources
      - Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on compliant loan generation
      - Maintain a broad understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and pricing strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of residential mortgage sales experience
      - Minimum 5 years of mortgage management experience
      - Proven record of recruiting success
      - $10MM in annual closed loan volume
      - Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      - Excellent sales presentation and marketing skills
      - Working knowledge of FNMA-DU/FHLMC/LP
      - Established referral network
