  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for Senior Loan Officer candidates, from initial outreach to offer and reference checks
  - Collaborate with the Sales leadership team to identify market priorities and resource needs
  - Build relationships with hiring managers and coach them on effective hiring practices
  - Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide timely feedback to candidates
  - Validate potential candidates' mortgage production using relevant data sources
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Significant experience in recruiting loan officers and sales roles
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven negotiation abilities
  - Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  - Ability to navigate ambiguity and respond flexibly to feedback
  - Proficiency with Google Suite and ATS platforms, specifically Lever
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Prior experience working remotely
  - Familiarity with the home renovation loan industry
  - Experience in a startup environment
  - Background in financial services or related fields
