      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively sell and promote financial solutions, including Manulife One and Manulife Bank Select, by understanding client needs
      - Develop and maintain a consumer client base for direct sales of lending solutions
      - Ensure efficient delivery of services to clients and direct business flow to the appropriate servicing unit
      - Gather feedback from clients to identify opportunities for product and service improvements
      - Collaborate with Business Development Managers to enhance advisor interest in lending solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of high performance in a busy sales environment
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of underwriting experience with residential mortgages
      - At least 5 years of experience in financial services or a sales/service role
      - High energy and self-motivation with a positive attitude
      - History of success in a cold call sales environment

      - Strong consultative sales skills, including relationship building and needs analysis
      - Proficiency in using technology for business purposes
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills for conveying complex information
