What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell and promote various financial solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals
- Develop a consumer client base to facilitate direct sales of lending solutions
- Ensure smooth delivery of services to clients and direct business flow to the appropriate units
- Gather and relay feedback for product improvement and new product opportunities
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to enhance advisor interest in banking solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of high performance in a busy sales environment
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid underwriting experience with residential mortgages
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services or a sales/service capacity
- High energy and self-motivation, coupled with a positive attitude
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
