      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively sell and promote financial solutions based on understanding client needs and goals
      - Develop a consumer client base to facilitate direct sales of lending solutions
      - Ensure efficient delivery of services and direct business flow to appropriate servicing units
      - Gather feedback from clients to identify opportunities for product and service improvements
      - Collaborate with Business Development Managers to enhance advisor interest in financial products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of high performance in a busy sales environment
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of solid underwriting experience with residential mortgages
      - 5 or more years of experience in financial services or a sales/service capacity
      - High energy and self-motivation combined with a positive attitude
      - Demonstrated success in a cold call sales environment
